Motor for MRH-2200

Our MRH-2200 hydraulic motor parts are different from the original parts made in Japan and cannot be used interchangeably.
In terms of material selection, based on our own R&D findings and market demand, we have adopted a new high-strength alloy steel for some key components. Compared to materials sourced from Japan, this alloy steel offers higher strength and toughness, can withstand greater pressure and impact, and effectively reduces the risk of deformation and damage during long-term use, thereby enhancing the overall reliability and stability of the hydraulic motor.

In terms of manufacturing, we have incorporated advanced precision machining technologies and automated production processes. For example, in the machining of certain parts, we utilize more sophisticated CNC machine tools, resulting in higher dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Compared to parts sourced from Japan, our parts fit better during assembly, reducing the potential for leakage and malfunction caused by improper fit, further improving product performance.

In terms of design philosophy, our R&D team fully considered the diverse needs of both domestic and international markets and optimized the design of certain components. For example, to address the frequent start-stop and high-load operating conditions required in specific application scenarios, we have refined the internal structure and design of certain components of the motor, enabling more efficient operation under these complex operating conditions. This is significantly different from parts sourced from Japan, designed for the specific market environment. Despite component differences, we maintain strict quality standards.
Through extensive performance testing and practical application verification, we ensure that the MRH-2200 hydraulic motor's overall performance is comparable to that of Japanese-made products. Furthermore, it offers unique advantages in certain areas, providing customers with a reliable and cost-effective product option.

An integrated check valve for low-pressure side drainage will be set up with our MRH-2000, Flowing through the low-pressure side of the main line from cavity drain. There are only two oil pipes for intake and return from hydraulic motor, and no need for separate drain line.
