A Since we do not have the ability to provide after- service abroad and cannot grasp the situation and conditions of the hydraulic motor's use site, we make the following special provisions for the quality guarantee:
1/ If both parties have checked the model and technical parameters of the hydraulic motor before signing the contract, and confirmed the supply after a detailed understanding of the working conditions and equipment for the use of the hydraulic motor the quality guarantee can be provided. During the warranty period (calculated from the date of delivery of the hydraulic motor), if it can be clearly determined that the problem is due the quality of the hydraulic motor itself, free spare parts for maintenance can be provided, along with related technical guidance.
2/ For hydraulic motors clearly supplied for use in the following operating conditions, the specific warranty period is as follows:
2.(1) Plastic machinery:
a. HMB hydraulic motor warranty period is 18 months;
b. CA hydraulic motor warranty period is 36 months;
2.(2) Marine anchor windlass winch, capstan:
a. HMB/MRH/HMC/HMJC/HMKC/MRH2/IAC hydraulic motor warranty period is 14 months;
b. CA hydraulic motor warranty period is 24 months;
2.(3) Bulk cargo ship hatch cover:
The warranty period for all hatch hydraulic motors is 14 months
2.(4) Drilling rig, crusher and other construction machinery:
CA hydraulic motor warranty period is 14 months
