    Our HMC270 hydraulic motors (including the full two-speed and single-speed range) are designed and engineered to be 100% identical in mounting dimensions to the UK-made Staffa HMC270, enabling direct interchange without modification. Flange stop and mounting hole spacing, port locations and thread specifications, shaft extension type (spline/key), overall axial length and outer diameter, and displacement switching port (two-speed models) are identical.

    Our HMC270 hydraulic motor is 100% dimensionally interchangeable at the parts level—from internal rotary joints to external interfaces, all parts are 1:1 with the original UK-made Staffa HMC270, allowing for direct intermixing or individual replacement.

    Our HMC270 is not only "plug-and-play" for the entire unit, but also boasts exact dimensional alignment with the original UK-made version, ensuring true "OEM-level interchangeability, local pricing, and global service."

    a. Drawing-Level Full Dimension Benchmarking
    Using the final UK-made 2D/3D digital model as a benchmark, we set tolerance bands for all critical dimensions.
    Over 50 functional dimensions, including crankshaft eccentricity, cylinder plunger bore pitch circle, and oil distribution shaft oil groove phase, are individually calibrated to ensure assembly clearances match the original manufacturer's. b. Material & Process Benchmarking
    b. The crankshaft, housing, plunger, and other components are constructed from the same grade of alloy steel/copper alloy as the original equipment manufacturer.
    Process parameters such as heat treatment hardening layer depth, surface copper plating thickness, and seal groove roughness are all implemented in accordance with original equipment manufacturer specifications.
    c. Batch Interchangeability Verification
    10% of parts from each batch are randomly selected and assembled with original equipment manufacturer parts. Testing is conducted at 1.5x rated pressure and under full load for a 2-hour switching cycle. No leakage or abnormal temperature rise is observed. The efficiency curve differs from the original equipment manufacturer by ≤ 1%, and the starting torque differs by ≤ 2%.
    d. Repair and Inventory Value
    Original and domestic parts can be freely mixed on-site: the cylinder block, plunger, oil distribution shaft, bearings, and seal packs are all individually replaceable. Customers only need to maintain a common set of spare parts, reducing inventory costs by 30-50%.
  • After the new motor is installed, when lifting heavy objects or the cable is tensioned, the load will continuously and rapidly slide down or the cable will loosen,when the control valve handle is in the middle position. Is there a problem with the quality of the motor?

    If it is a new motor, the motor rotates in the correct direction, and there is no occurrence of anchor slipping or uncontrollable speed during the trial operation,the load will continuously and rapidly slide down or the cable will loosen ,when the control valve handle is in the middle position,the possibilities mainly include the following:
    a.The balancing valve in the control valve group is contaminated and needs to be disassembled for inspection and cleaning;
    b.The motor and pipeline have air, and the operation of continuous multiple times of lifting and lowering under no-load condition is required to exhaust the air, to ensure the smooth and continuous oil supplement circuit at the motor inlet;
    c.The motor itself has quality problems, and the internal leakage is relatively serious. To determine whether the motor has quality problems, refer to “How to quickly determine if there is a fault with the motor or the control valve group?”
