Motor for HMC200

HMC200 two-speed motor has two preset displacements , high torque, low speed radial piston motors use hydro static balancing techniques to achieve high efficiency, combined with good breakout torque and smooth running capability. These motors are also available in a continuously variable version using either hydro-mechanical or electro hydraulic control methods. Other mounting options are available on request to match many of the competitor interfaces.

Is the installation dimension of your HMC200 hydraulic motor the same as the original motor from UK, and do any modifications need to be made during installation?

Are your HMC200 hydraulic motor parts universal with those original one in the UK?

Our HMC200 hydraulic motor not only has the same installation dimensions as the original British Staffa HMC200, but also has all internal and external parts that are 100% interchangeable.
The new motor, after installation, shows obvious lack of power when lifting the load or at times, and it is obviously not as powerful as before. Is there a with the quality of the motor?

If it is a new motor, the motor rotates in the correct direction, and there is no occurrence of anchor slipping or uncontrollable speed during the trial operation, the reasons for the obvious lack of motor power are as follows:
a.Motor displacement error, the new motor displacement is smaller than the original design motor displacement, judge whether the motor displacement is incorrect or smaller than the design displacement: a conclusion can be drawn after excluding the reasons and possibilities of b and c;
b.The motor itself has quality faults, and the mechanical efficiency is significantly low. To determine whether there is a quality problem with the motor, refer to “How to quickly determine if there is a fault with the motor or the control valve group?”
c.The relief valve in the control valve manifold has contaminants or the relief valve spring is broken. To determine whether there is a quality problem with the valve, refer to “How to quickly determine if there is a fault with the motor or the control valve group?”
