BICA High-Efficiency Brake System

BICA brake belongs to dry braking system, suitable for hydraulic motor of CA series, which can be connected in series with the hydraulic motor of CA series, braking range 12800N.m-42700N.m.

BICA brake is a hydraulically actuated, normally closed disc brake designed specifically for industrial equipment (such as cranes, elevators, metallurgical machinery, and construction machinery). It features high braking torque, fast response, and a compact design. Its core application is in safety braking systems for dual-speed motors (such as the HMJC125). Working principle

· Brake ON (parking): Springs squeeze the friction discs together, locks the shaft mechanically. No hydraulic pressure required (failsafe).

· Brake OFF (released): External hydraulic pressure pushes against the springs, separates the disc stack so the motor shaft can rotate freely.

· Manual emergency release function is builtin for service/maintenance workmysolution....
