    Our HMJC200 hydraulic motor has the same installation dimension as the original motor from JP, and it can be used without any modifications. As long as the model is confirmed to be the same, all the installation dimensions of the motor will be exactly the same as this.

  • 3. The new motor, after installation, shows obvious lack of power when lifting the load or at times, and it is obviously not as powerful as before. Is there a with the quality of the motor?

    If it is a new motor, the motor rotates in the correct direction, and there is no occurrence of anchor slipping or uncontrollable speed during the trial operation, the reasons for the obvious lack of motor power are as follows:
    a.Motor displacement error, the new motor displacement is smaller than the original design motor displacement, judge whether the motor displacement is incorrect or smaller than the design displacement: a conclusion can be drawn after excluding the reasons and possibilities of b and c;
    b.The motor itself has quality faults, and the mechanical efficiency is significantly low. To determine whether there is a quality problem with the motor, refer to “How to quickly determine if there is a fault with the motor or the control valve group?”
    c. The relief valve in the control valve manifold has contaminants or the relief valve spring is broken. To determine whether there is a quality problem with the valve, refer to “How to quickly determine if there is a fault with the motor or the control valve group?”
