1. Q: Is the installation dimension of your HMJC hydraulic motor the same as the original motor from JP, and do any modifications need to be made during installation?

A: Our HMJC hydraulic motor has the same installation dimension as the original motor from JP, and it can be used without any modifications. As long as the model is confirmed to be the same, all the installation dimensions of the motor will be exactly the same as this.

2. Q: Is the  Accessories of your HMJC hydraulic motor interchangeable and compatible with the original one from the JP?

A: The accessories of our HMJC hydraulic motor are same as the original fromJP.

3. Q: After the new motor is installed, when lifting heavy objects or the cable is tensioned, the load will continuously and rapidly slide down or the cable will loosen，when the control valve handle is in the middle position. Is there a problem with the quality of the motor?

  A: If it is a new motor, the motor rotates in the correct direction, and there is no occurrence of anchor slipping or uncontrollable speed during the trial operation，the load will continuously and rapidly slide down or the cable will loosen ，when the control valve handle is in the middle position，the possibilities mainly include the following：

a. The balancing valve in the control valve group is contaminated and needs to be disassembled for inspection and cleaning;

b. The motor and pipeline have air, and the operation of continuous multiple times of lifting and lowering under no-load condition is required to exhaust the air, to ensure the smooth and continuous oil supplement circuit at the motor inlet;
